Community Policy Guidelines

Applies to: All users of Opic’s mobile, web, and virtual reality services
Purpose
Opic’s virtual reality platform is a space for immersive and respectful social interaction centered around stereoscopic and 3D video experiences. These guidelines help ensure the community remains safe, inclusive, and aligned with Opic’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Respectful Behavior
- Treat others with respect, dignity, and empathy.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking — including in VR or spatial audio environments — is strictly prohibited.
- Do not impersonate, misrepresent, or mislead other users or staff.
Content Standards
You may not upload or share content that includes:
- Illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory material.
- Deceptive or harmful content, including misinformation and spam.
- Content that violates another’s privacy, copyright, or intellectual property.
- 3D or stereoscopic media intended to shock, mislead, or exploit physiological effects.
Content must comply with all local laws and applicable regulations, including age-appropriate guidelines.
Privacy & Consent
- You are responsible for the content you share and its audience settings (Public, Followers, Friends Only, or Private).
- Do not upload or stream videos of others without their consent, especially in identifiable or immersive contexts.
- Respect others’ privacy in real-world and virtual environments.
Age Restrictions
- You must be 13 years or older to use Opic’s services.
- Users under 18 should be mindful of sharing location, images, or personally identifiable information.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are not allowed:
- Using bots, scraping, or unauthorized data extraction.
- Attempting to bypass visibility settings or access private content.
- Uploading manipulated stereoscopic videos designed to harm viewers.
- Intentionally inducing motion sickness, disorientation, or seizures through 3D/VR content.
Reporting & Enforcement
You may exercise the following rights via your profile or website form:
- Users can report inappropriate content or behavior via in-app tools or by contacting info@opic3d.com.
- Opic reserves the right to:
- Remove content that violates these guidelines
- Restrict or terminate user accounts without notice
- Cooperate with legal authorities when appropriate
Alignment with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
These guidelines are supplemental to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and inherit their definitions, enforcement mechanisms, and jurisdictional provisions. Use of the platform constitutes agreement with all governing documents.
